4. Paid Plans & Transactions

Pricing for digital subscriptions or Corporate Research services are expressed in South African Rand (ZAR) including local VAT. Subscriptions bill automatically based on your select cycle. You may cancel at any point prior to a renew date.

5. intellectual Property Safeguards

All editorial reporting, photography, design elements, SVG markings and analytical diagrams are the exclusive property of Mediavixfy Common (Pty) Ltd. No structural redistribution is permitted outside active syndication licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mediavixfy Common delivers news analysis and community reporting “as is”. While we strive for accuracy, we exclude warranties on complete platform continuity or commercial outcomes based on reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, Mediavixfy Common is not liable for structural losses, financial adjustments or research decisions based on the analytical summaries on our platform.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be submitted only to competent courts in Cape Town, Western Cape.
